What Some of Our Clients Say:
"Your inspector was the best! He was very careful to explain everything to us about our new home. He made sure we understood the workings of the home. The few things that he pointed out that needed correction were explained to us thoroughly. What a relief! We thank you for your professionalism. L. Nicholson
"Your reports are so easy to read. They contain a lot of valuable information about the house we are buying. The best part of your reports was the easy to read, color coded summary pages. At a quick glance we could see what need fixing without hunting through the report." P. Paterson
Take the mystery out of buying a home.
The process of buying a home can be very stressful. After all, it is one of the largest financial investments you will make during your life! At Allpro we encourage you to attend the inspection. It allows you time with the inspector to talk with him in detail so you understand everything the inspector is reviewing and what he mean by his comments. You will be able to ask questions if you are unclear and need further clarification. This makes the report you receive much easier to understand and you will be more confident and excited about your new home.
New Construction Inspections:
Yes, even new homes can have problems. You can include a Home Inspection with a Walk Through check list and then you builder will have a professional outline of the corrections that need to be made.
"Jere established a professional relationship with the builder site supervisor. He also provided a competent and through inspection with solid recommendations. He provided a detailed document for the builder and buyer to use to correct the problems that were found. Thanks. S. Taylor
Selling Your Home:
Present the property in the best condition possible! It is our job to uncover any surprises that might be found by a potential buyer. A Pre Sale inspection affords you the opportunity to fix the issues before you place your home on the market. You will receive a detailed listing of the items that are found during the inspection. If you choose to correct them, you can provide your prospective buyer with the detailed list and repair receipts. This will provide more confidence to the prospective buyers and can make the sale of your home much easier by eliminating potential problems before hand. A Pre Sale inspection can actually speed up the sale of your home!

Commercial Inspections
Mr. Mills has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction. His prior company, Ferguson-Mills Construction, was a well known and respected company located on the Peninsula. Mr. Mills performed many of the On- Site construction functions early in his career along with the management of the Company; Mr. Mills understands the components of a commercial inspection.
Our first year in business we were asked to compete an inspection for a 250 Unit HUD Complex in less than six weeks. Allpro devised a plan that would allow for a timely completion without sacrificing quality. When we completed the job we received a letter for the Board of Directors commending us on the great job we did. The letter and referrals are available upon request.
